Mamewah and NES EMU
« on: July 17, 2003, 08:42:13 pm »
Ive been struggling to set up Nester, RockNESX, VirtuaNES etc. to work correctly in Mamewah. My problem is exiting the emu on ESC. Instead of going to Mamewah it goes back to the emu GUI. I tried them all but obviously only need to get one of them to work. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
James

You can make esc quit in the dos version of virtua nes by editing the config file.

In the windows version, you cannot set esc to quit, however, you can set another key up to exit.

You can set ESC to exit in the windows version. First, setup the emulator and controls as you want them. Then open your virtuanes.ini and edit this line

Save the file and set the read-only attribute or virtuanes will overwrite the settings. ;)

zSnes is the same way.  You can set an exit key but not esc.  Do you know a work around for that as well?
