Vertical monitor, problem

So i have an old HP nx9010 for my mame cabinet, and it has a ati radeon igp 945m and i cant seem to be able to put it on vertical ratio, the ctrl+alt+arow keys dont work, i cant find a controll panel for the driver, i wanted to know if theres a way i can put this on vertical
