Hey all, anyone know how I can get the vectrex overlays in MESS to switch automatically? Minestorm is the only one which shows up. I tried renaming the vectrex roms, have all the directories in order and have vectrex,zip with the lay file in the archive; nothing seems to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This has been the case I think since the video re-write of MAME. I mentioned it over at the MESS forum, and I forget the answer, but yeah, it don't do it - even as recent as .130 . You have to use the menu bar>options>video and select from the list. Lame, but yeah.
