Nebula - Neogeo CD problem in Maximus Arcade !

I have set up Nebula emulator in M.A. in order to have my Neogeo roms and NeogeoCD ISO images all together. The extensions of Nebula ny default in MA are .zip,.cue,.iso. I put all my Neogeo roms and Neogeo CD images in a directory but MA lists only the Neogeo zip roms and only 3 of my 100 Neogeo CD images !!! I can not figure out why MA does not recognize my .cue,.iso NeogeoCD games !!!! I have set correctly Nebula extensions to ".cue, .iso" and from 100 games only "Breakers" , "Pullstar" and "Sengoku" appears in the Nebula games list of M.A. I think that something goes wrong with database Nebula.dat of M.A. Maybe it does not support the Neogeo CD games (only those 3) .. Can anyone check it out and give a solution please ?
