I have had the Stand-up Pac Man arcade unit by Midway, since 2002. I purchased it with hope to fix it up. The screen is garbled and jumbled. Everything else seems to function good. I have even bought a confirmed working PCB to swap out the old one, and yet the issue still exists. I added a MS. Pac Man daughter board too. Same issues.
