What did this use to be?
« on: August 29, 2009, 04:11:47 pm »
I looks to be a galaga or ms pacman, and I'd like to restore it to what it once was.. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it was?
(I'd obviously remove that big CP)

What's on the coin door side ?
Any other manufacturers identifying marks ?
Is there any original power supply and such inside ?

Those aren't typical Pac or Ms.-Pac glass clips.

Appears to be homemade. This is raw C grade plywood on the inside with 1x1 bats running up the sides to support.

Real Midway cocktails had 1x2's cut diagonally for side supports set every 6 inches or so. They also were finish quality (MDF-like) surface on the inside and sprayed black.

The monitor chassis was mounted on the monitor frame, not on the bottom, the main power transformers were directly below the tube.
