My friend got a countertop MAME cabinet with about 20 games on it.

It has this front end on it. Does anybody recognize it?

It's GameLauncher, a DOS front end. The nice graphics you see is just a "screenshot" image. You'd have to source those images from elsewhere as they do not come with GameLauncher

Yep, looks like Gamelauncher, the first front end I ever used.

That was my first one too. It's a nice little no-frills front end.
