mamecade layout for mamewah

I really liked the look of the mamecade mamewah layout on the savvygeek.com website but in trying to download it I get a 404 error. 

I was not able to find an obvious way to email the author of the site, so I thought I'd ask if anyone has a copy of the mamecade layout or a way to contact the savvygeek author?
