Street fighter launcher question (removal/bypass).

I thought I read a thread about someone creating a batch file or something that allows you to go straight into sfIV without having to go through the launcher program.

Did this thread exist if so where? If it hasn't been discussed, does anyone know of a way to launch sfIV without it?
