This page may be of some help. Miscolored characters are a little over halfway down.

Thanks, I'm not sure what that page means though.  Does that mean it is a board problem and not a monitor problem?  My board is a bootleg.  Would the numbers match up.

Bob Roberts suggests I check the voltage at the board so i'll do that when I get back from my vacation.

Great News! i just got back from my vacation and began investigating the possibility of making a PSOne Bench Monitor and in doing so unplugged the RGB Cable from the WG4600 daughter card and when I plugged it back in all the colors were correct.  Amazingly I did'nt cause extra damage trying to fix it despite resocketing most of the chips.  At this point I'm going to button it up and not mess with it since it is working now.  Thanks to Bob Roberts for his suggestion.  Seems the Power supply is exactly 5 volts so that did'nt fix it, but as long as its working now I'm happy.

Okay so I got my CP parts and did an initial assembly.  I covered the CP with some sign making vinyl I got at fastsigns, intending to put the Factory Namco overlay on top of it, but I'm unhappy with the results.  The lightweight vinyl bubbled awfully.  Now I don't know which direction to go with it.  the Vinyl is a good idea, but this material is too difficult to work with and it shows minor blems in the CP right through it.  I need ideas Im fresh out.  This parts express vinyl http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=260-760, Would this be good.  Even if I need to put another sticker on top of it?   Just took a picture, and it looks somewhat better now, but still I think I need a thicker vinyl.

Tore the CP back apart.  More Bondo, Gonna try Paint.  Fitted my new bezel from pbandjindustries http://www.pbandjindustries.com/plasticmonitorbezelforarcadegame-19and20.aspx   Never heard of them, but smooth transaction and great bezel.  Video of fixed Monitor issue.  Ms Pacman is Yellow Again :)

Went with paint for the CP which is what I should have done from the start.

Had the bezel printed at FedEx (Kinkos) today.  No questions asked.

Just about finished.  Need to install switches and front panel graphic and last minute touch up and it will be done.
