About TOEI Monitor Shassis TC-A292N HELP
« on: July 29, 2009, 12:23:45 pm »
I have a rave racer twin car that use TOEI Monitor(TC-A292N)   .In this monitor shassis i found  small parts that looks like small transistor with this number C114.
I test it and is not a transistor this one .I found 3,4 the same and they don't test like transistors.Anybody knows what is this one?
Also i need flyback transformer for this monitor and the only numbers that i found is this (0155952/4D2704).Anybody knows if i can find  to buy this flyback transformer? :notworthy:

if i recall, that is a "digital " or "pre-biased" xistor.

meaning, it has internal bias resistors,  and used in switching applications

u will likely read 20k ( or more)  ohms base/emitter  ;)
