Help shelling Windows 98 SE

 Hello,


 I have recently acquired a older computer AMD 500 MHZ
with 64 MB ram.
Now I have shelled several newer Pc's using XP but its been a
while since I touched 98 and I have no idea how to shell?

I'm going to use this PC to run Mame.036 just for Pacman, Donkey Kong,
etc.

Help with the registry setting or what have you to shell would
be appreciated!
