i no, i no, this has been asked 100s of times. i just want t know what is the best tv-out card (s-vid) available sub-$90? it will be used for no higher than playstation graphics via epsxe. pci or agp, doesnt matter. my geforce4 card just wasnt cuttin it. oh, no flamin', just answers.. thanks a bunch... i feel stupid...

ati radeon 7500 is a good choice. Much better S-video quality than the Geforce. Go for about $50 on ebay. :)

ditto, go for a radeon 7500 - plenty powerful to run PSX games (I also got mine off eBay...
