Need a service menu code for a Sony PVM 20n2u

I just picked this monitor up and it has a lot of bowing inwards of the image.  I believe the pincushion setting needs adjusted.  Does anybody know where to find the service menu code for this monitor so I can try to fix it?

Fooled around with all the buttons and figured it out myself.  It's hold down enter and press menu.  Easy enough.

But the PINKU setting seems to do nothing.  Neither do any of the other settings.  What's the deal?
