I have a Dremel 395 that had the Flex Coupling disintegrate on me. The thing is probably a good 15 years old, maybe more. Still runs great, no wobble in the bearing.
I cracked it open to discover the flex coupling has gone bad, just turned to powder almost.
Anyway, I got online and ordered the part from Toolsforless.com, only to get it a few days later and discover that I'd ordered the wrong part! Doh. I got the pline drive instead of the coupling.
Anyway, in looking for the right part, i came across a post of a guy that had just called Dremel direct and ordered the part that way.

I decided, what the heck, and I called. Not only was the rep +really+ nice, the parts going direct were WAY cheaper (1.25$ vs 5.85$).
And to top it off, when she asked if there was anything else and I explained, no, I'd already got one wrong part and this piece was all that I saw that I needed, she comp'd the order! Granted, it was only 1.25$ plus shipping, but still.
That's a great way to handle customer support.
I'll likely be picking up one of those rotozip saws soon after all....
