HANTAREX POLO 25" PROBLEM

i have some info on the monitor it is a MODEL: polo 25" SERIAL: 13613 AMPS: 2 and it is made by HANTAREX. the monitor turned on in the morn and in the evening it would not power up again the game works but the monitor will not turn on and i did check the fuses and they are all good and there is power going to the chassis. 119v is the reading. pics will be available in a short
