Esc to exit MAME 132.2 64bit vmame.exe
« on: July 02, 2009, 03:08:56 pm »
It has been a long time since I have updated mame.    Got around to getting 64 bit mame 132.2.   Seems like they have added a front end to the regular mame now I need 2 esc to get back to my frontend.   Is there a standard way of doing this or is everyone just pressing esc twice.   Does mame have a new switch to get rid of this frontend?

Thanks

I only get the "mame" front end if I don't put a ROM name in...

Type "MAME" and the mame front end comes up.

Type MAME DKONG and Donkey Kong runs....

Thanks.   Tried that and it drops right out.   Must be the front end that is causing the problem.  Will check it out.
