MAME Hi Score problem

I am using MAME32, and just installed v.71, but the hi score isn't working for Dig Dug now. Checked all my directories, they are good. Some games keep hi score, some don't.

Anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

Did you copy the hiscore.dat file over when you upgraded?
