Billabs BL19C90T screen distortion

This monitor is being used with MAME.  I have tried the 15pin monitor cable with 4 different video cards ranging from PCI, AGP, & PCI-Express.  The brands have been Intel, NVIDIA, and ATI.  The same MAME rig works fine with another monitor of the same brand and type that I have. 

I have also tried using two different JPAC's with two sets of jamma cables.

Below is a screenshot of the distortion...what you see is not the camera...it's what it looks like.  The top of the screen is stretched out while the bottom is scrunched.

That's that really tiny POT that is marked verticle on the main board right?  Shoot...thanks for the tip.  We'll see how steady a hand I have.  I've read in other posts how tiny the increments have to be on those.  Thank you for the verification.  I'll post results this week.

Better to be safe than sorry I took some pictures of what I believe I need to tweak.  Could someone please confirm?  I appreciate folks taking the time to share this knowledge.

I grew impatient and thought I would slightly nudge the POT marked V.LINE on the main board of the monitor.  NOTHING.  Absolutely nothing.  I just tried it again on 2 other MAME cabinets one of which has the same model monitor.  No good.  Any suggestions before I ask if I can send it back?  :banghead:

there must be a fault with the chassis,this chassis is a wei ya 3129 or a rodotron 666a both are well noted for poor build quality especially poor soldering
get your supplier to replace the unit

A huge thanks to everyone that took the time to read the post.  Considering this monitor didn't come with a manual I'm hoping this thread can be used in the future for the same screen distortion.  EVERYONE says it's the vertical linearity pot to fix that distorted screen pictured above.

In my case it didn't work but at least I'm not spending days troubleshooting other things.  Thanks again!
