My stupid annoying dilemma

Okay, well here's what's going on.

In my cab I have a 20" TV with composite in, and a Radeon 7500 shooting images it's way.  Now, the picture that shows on the TV is rotated 1 degree clockwise.

Does anyone know of a peice of software or a setting somewhere that I can tweak and fiddle with to get my picture straight?

Alternately, I have a GeForce2 MX400 that I "could" use, but I hear the picture quality for TV out on that sucks in comparison.

Any thoughts?

not sure about yer rotation problem, but, if you're only using composite output, you probably won't notice any difference by switching to the GeForce card...

or you could tilt your head 1

Do you mean the picture is slightly tilted?
It's normal for the picture on crt tubes to be tilted a little.
The tilt on crt tubes is caused by the magnetic field of the earth.
The back of the tube should  face the north poll, that's how they adjust it at the factory, so that the picture is the least tilted possible when the back of the tv/monitor faces the north poll.
Move your stuff around so that the back of your tv faces different ways and see which position gives you the least screen tilt.

Yes.   But, the image of TV shows and the like aren't tilted.  

Also,  if this is the case, I can't do anything about it other than stretch my game to be slightly wider than what the screen can show.  But, the utilities provided by ATI only let me stretch the screen so far - I end up with a 1/2" gap between the image and the TV bezel that I can't close.  It won't let me move the picture down any more.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?

When the included utlities fall short for TV-out, pretty much your only option is TV-Tool ( www.tvtool.de ).
