Keywiz Uploader3 Problems

I installed Keywiz Uploader 3 and every time I open the program, it will immediately hang and become unresponsive. The only way to close the program is to end the task through task manager. I have no devices plugged into the USB ports on my PC, not even the Keywiz 40ST. I am running windows XP.

Any suggestions? Are there any other software programs or older versions of Keywiz Uploader that would work? Thanks.
