mp4 Video/Audio sync shift

I downloaded some video's to MP4 from youtube using this site:

Which is great...but as is quite common with youtube, the audio is not sync'd to the video properly. Anyone know if there is any (preferably free) software I can obtain to shift the audio track around and re-save??
