bad video on tv tube after move

I'm using an apex 24 inch tv with component. When I moved it I pulled lose a cord and now the video is almost unintelligable. Ideas?  I already recommected the wire

Ok, got good raster after I forced a sync through the component stuff.

However.....

the guy I had resoldering the board messed with 2 trimpots on the yoke board.  They are marked VR1 and VR2 and I need to get them back b/c the red and blue look like they're out of alignment.

RU sure the convergence rings weren't bumped instead ?
