Saw it while browsing an internet forum. Never seen it before, and was interested to see if anyone had some intel on the unit.

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

Oh wow.....I remember that. I never had one, but knew people who did. That was a long time ago, though. I don't recall any details about it.

Edit: A little info

(Note: OPs first post doesn't work for me) Wow. I remember that. I never owned one, my sitters kids owned one.

I don't remember too much about it. From what I can recall it used a roll of printed plastic in lieu of a video screen. Those kinds of games were huge back before Tiger Electronics and their fixed LCD screens flooded the market. I think everyone had one type of game or another like that.

In the second link I don't recall it being backlit, which might be why I never played it. The bulb might've been busted.

Checked out http://www.inthe80s.com/ and I didn't see it there. Maybe it's older than the 80's?

I remember that one, it's The Single Square Tic Tac Toe game.

I remember it being very difficult for the second player to win.
