Hi everyone..

i just finished pad hacking a 360 controller and installed it into a nubytech SF anniversary controller. Everything works fine except one thing: When I press left (directional), it initially activates left shoulder instead (they both share a common ground with the sync button). If I keep holding left, it starts to work but only after initially getting left shoulder.

I can't access the top side of the PCB because everything is already wired and the PCB epoxied (left was working initially so i dont know what the problem is now), but I can still access the via holes on the other side (battery side). I soldered two wires to the left directional pad, and for left shoulder and sync i shared the ground (they both work fine).

Has anyone experienced this before?

my 360 PCB is identical to this

Voltages:

Sync = 1.734v
Left shoulder = 1.328v
Left = 1.286v
