Hey everyone. Just let me start off my saying that this is going to be a long post. I recently decided to swap my scratch built Mame cab out for a dedicated Midway cab so it would match all my other MK cabs when lined up. Plus, the new cab had a much wider control panel. Here is how my scratch built cab started out....

After searching for years for a mint, dedicated MK3 cab, I finally found one. That being said, I really didn't need the Mame cab to be in an MK3 theme anymore, so I converted it to a 'dedicated' Mame...

Then after thinking about it for a while, I decided to find a Midway cabinet like my other MKs because I built the Mame cab 2 inches taller than the factory Midway cabs because I am 6'3" and don't really like to lean over to play the dedicated cabs. So, because the cab was 2" taller, it sat so much higher than the other cabs and didn't look very good at all. I made the decision to swap everything out into a new Midway cabinet so all my cabs would be the same and look better when they are all lined up. Plus, the scratch built Mame cab had to be sent from Hawaii to Kansas and it arrived safely, but it was never quite the same structurally. I just wanted a more secure cab with the same dimensions as all my other ones. Here is how everything went down...

I am MUCH happier with the way this cab turned out as far as the control panel, sturdiness, and overall feel. Everything looks and works great. What so you guys think?
