Another IPAC and USB question

Hi,

I just wanted to clarify whether the IPAC pictured below, will work with the following type of USB to PS2 converter as long as I move the jumper on the IPAC to USB?

oops.

Wrong way around.

The computer I have only has USB inputs and I was hoping to still be able to use this IPAC with this computer with just a cable
