WG K7000 and K7000a chassis switchable?
« on: April 29, 2009, 03:18:46 pm »
I stumbled across a discussion thread that said that the differences on the Wells Gardner K7000 Chassis and a WellsGardner K7000a (made by Zenith) chassis boards made no difference in the tube requirements.

Can anyone confirm that a K7000 Chassis and a K7000a (made by Zenith) chassis will work on the same CRT?   ???

Thanks

Yes, it will.  Make note of the neckboard, though.  Some 19" K7000s have 9 pin neckboards, some have 12.  The neckboards themselves can be swapped between them, but if you don't have one it's a moot point.
