I'm Sorry.
So a leper walks into a bar and as he gets his beer, a finger falls off. The bartender who is serving him turns and pukes all over the place. The leper, feeling bad, says, "Was it my finger falling off?" The bartender turns to him and says, "No, it's the guy dipping chips into your back."

The Great Ragtime Show is a pretty interesting (and for me anyway) obscure game...

In terms of shooters, I've been most impressed with Juno First, Guwange and Time Pilot '84. These were all games I had never seen in arcades and now play regularly.

Penguin Kun War.  You'll learn to talk smack to cute, fuzzy animals from that one.

Mikie.  Run around your school beating up people and avoiding teachers, while Hard Days Night plays in the background.

Hunchback.  Slow moving platformer, but it'll drive you crazy how they increase the hazards a little bit at a time till they kill you.

There's a game where you're in a lumberjack competition, not Midway's Timber, but something more like '88 Games or Track'n'Field with lumberjacks.  It was a lot of fun, but I can't remember what it was called or find it again.

10 Yard Fight.  A simplistic football game, but extremely addictive.

I suspect you are talking about the game "Strength and Skill". (strnskil)
