Ok, working on my cabinet as I type. While you guys read this, I'm goin to be wiring up my joy and buttongs to my iPac 2.

Here is my problem. Hardware is a P4 3.2 Ghz 1 GB ram. I have the PCIe 2 version and the driver installed fine for the card. I'm not using the JPAC but the adapter to boost the 5v signal to the RGB sync.. etc. I do have picture, but I'm at 640x480 resolution in Windows and I can't change my refresh rate any lower than 59Khz.

I also have an unknown item in my system. Not sure what it is. It could be my on-board video. I didn't think of that. I did install the drivers but the ATI panel isn't showing either.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

-JD-

<in a bold, 50s style> MO-NI-TOR WI-KIIII. Why? What is refresh? More importantly, what is scan rate? Then come back if you still have issues.

Ummon, thanks for atleast responding to my post even though it wasn't helpful.  ::) :'(

I've read the monitor Wiki. I have a feeling that everything is working as it should. I found that you can drop the resolution to 640x288 and the refresh rate is better with no flicker but Windows is next to useless.
