Consoles may not be the right place for this but game controllers and such are discussed here and a mouse is often a game controller.

Anyway, I have
big huge hands and a bit of the ol carpal, so find most mice too small and awkward for any lengthy use.
I've tried a couple out at a brick and mortar and found the Logitech Cordless Laser Mouse (MX1100) to be the best fit so far (the outside two fingers overhang and drag a bit- not a huge problem).
The Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 was the next best fit but the buttons seemed way too sensitive and the way it was shaped had too much unintentional clicking.
These are mice that you grip/rest with your whole hand, which is good, they're big. I wouldn't mind one that is made for gripping with just fingertips (like the one I'm using now (Kensington), but find most aren't wide enough to be comfortable.
I'm sure some of you here must have run into this problem and found something that works well.
