Name that CRT ... Please

I've recently come into a NFL Blitz Cab with all the wiring, power supply, speakers, CP ect the only things missing are the game boards (it was only $100 after all) and the monitor chassis and neck board.  The 25 in tube has no burn as far as I can see. 

I was able to copy some info off of a sticker on the back of the tube which I hope will give me the chassis number with some help from you all.  It's a Philips tube made in the USA

As I really don't know much about these things I copied all of the info off the big sticker

EIA312
NO. 0012854

and on a much smaller sticker "9026"

Please let me know if there is an other information that might help in the ID of this tube / chassis

the crt info means very little,it only tells you about the crt and not the chassis
you can either id your monitor chassis by posting a photo or by using this site

Might be able to give you possible IDs from a picture of the chassis mount (where the chassis sits on the frame).  Though I'm betting it's a WG, U2000, U5000, K7400 or K7500.

It might not be any of those of course, but since it's a Blitz those are likely candidates.

Well after going to take some pics I was able to find a serial number sticker on the frame (WG954810) though the Wells Gardner site doesn't seem to be able to ID it. 

I did take some pics of my frame and tube from the back of the cab

Looks like it's probably a k7000.

Ken knows everything, and that looks identical to my K7191 (K7000 for a 25").

To truly know, you MUST provide numbers off the chassis itself. K7000 you'll find P447 or P538(K7191) most likely.

Is it possible to run a med rez game on a standard rez monitor?   The reason I ask is my understanding is that Blitz games originally came with medium rez monitors and the K700 is standard rez. Could this be a K7500 instead of a K7500? 

On the same line of questioning, what determines max rez for a monitor?  The tube, the chassis or both?

You said there were no game boards, so someone could have put another monitor in there no problem and been running who knows what in the cabinet.

I just realized there's no monitor chassis (Oops). Is the yoke still on the tube, with it's wiring? Maybe someone like Ken can tell you if you can measure the impedance on that.

I got if from a arcade game shop that's been  selling and leasing video games for like 20 + years.  As the cab still has all of the blitz artwork, jamma harness and the 49 way sticks I'm hoping the monitor is a medium rez.  But thats part of what I'm hoping you guys can help me figure out.

Blitz is switchable between medium and standard res.  Most Blitz cabs I've worked on have had the medium variety.

You've got a K7000 frame in there.  I have no idea of the condition of the tube, but you'll want a 25K7xxx chassis to test it.  Perhaps there's a member nearby that would be willing to help you in that regard before you plunk down cash.  Be a shame if the tube was bunk.

Just wanted to concur that that looks to have had a K7000 chassis in it.

A few things stand out to me when trying to distinguish between say a K7000 or a K74/7500.

1. The shape of where it was mounted.
    K7000 are more square, K74/7500 are more rectangular.

2. The yoke plug is one piece with both pairs.
    K7000 - one piece, K74/7500 - two separate pairs that plug into two different locations.

3. The power cord to the monitor will be different as well.
    K7000 - two pin cord, separate ground. K74/7500 - three pin cord, including ground.

I'm thinking that this is a K7000  Everything that you guys are saying is true for this monitor. Down to the power with the seperate ground that Kevin was talking about.  Thanks for the well infromed help everyone!!!!

Now I just need to find a chassis that I can borrow and fire it up to test the tube.  The cab came with what I'm assumeing is a power supply and a isolation transformer, I'll post pics when I get home if you guys can confirm for me.  Please.  I'll be checking for threads on how to connect with out killing either myself or the Monitor
