Monitor question - I need to be ashamed of myself
« on: April 09, 2009, 09:18:21 am »
I picked up a Top Player Golf game and for the life of me I can't get the pic to stop rolling. I tried adjusting the hold with no luck.  I then put in two different boards and after a minor hold adjustment they both work fine.  What am I missing here?

You didn't specify what monitor you have.

But it sounds like the board is putting out a frequency that the monitor doesn't like.

I didn't look up what your board is, but it's probably putting out the opposite of what the monitor is expecting.  Swap the sync to the other pin, if your monitor supports it.

Thanks.  I'll give it a shot when I get home.
