Are you sure the touchscreen part is not from ELO or another touchscreen company. I did a google of nexdisplay-4 and got nexdisplay-4 is a POS software company - that doesnt mean the actual touchscreen (piece of glass on top of the lcd) is from them.
When you plug it into your pc, does the monitor work? If so, then that is half the battle.
Then is the touchscreen USB or Serial?
Plug that in to see if Windows (or other OS) automatically finds it.
If that doesnt work, download PC Wizard
http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php and if your touchscreen is plugged in through USB or Serial, the PC Wizard will tell you the manufacturer of the touchscreen.
