Euro Joust Marquee needs help....

Would anyone be willing to "quickly" fix-up a scanned image of the marquee of a European Joust ?

I've got the file scanned by Luigi but it would need some work to get neat again. I'm not sure how much work would be involved.

Maybe it needs vectorizing ?

I've attached a smaller version of the scan to give some idea.....

Guess since it's Euro no-one is interested....never mind, someone in Australia (!) is taking care of it...

hey..
witch resolution is the full scan in?
tried vectorizing the "thumbnail".... but it didīnt turned out that well.. but im happy to give the fulsize scan a shot.. - and fix the minor errors...
