Here is my shop

Here is what I found under the second layer of plastic or covering.  Kinda cool.  I might keep it because it is painted on.

Nice, that "Buck fin Laden" sticker sure does class it up :laugh2:

I was thinking of keeping it but it wasn't easy getting it off.

It was a little redneck before I got it.

Create a template to see how everything would fit.  Need to create a template to router out the joysticks better.

Here are my list of parts for the project so far:

1 - Happ 3" lighted blue trackball
2 - Happ rotary mech
2 - U360
1 - Ultimarc Rotary Interface board
1 - Ipac 4
1 - ArcadeVGA card
14 - Blue concave buttons
4 - Orange concave buttonsA
4 - Black concave buttons
4 - White concave buttons
4 - Red concave buttons

I bought some extra buttons so I can figure out which ones I like best and put those it.  I am going to coin buttons on the bottom of the CP to give some room and hide the buttons at the same time.

So far I like the placement of the joysticks and buttons because there is no interference when using either joystick or set of buttons.

Got all of the side art and vinyl off.  What a pain that was.  Fixed the front and bottom of the case.  Preped and painted the case with Hammered paint.  I love that way paint looks.  Also finished the cp cut out.  Now on to fitting it all together.

I liked mayhem's idea on the touchscreen so I created a recess in mine for a lilliput 8".  It fits pretty nicely and has a nice viewing angle.

Here are a couple of pics:

Got alot of my project wired up (need to post pics).

But I have a question:

If this is going to be a 2 player cp with 4 joysticks should I still wire it as a 4 player? Then use the software to configure each game to which joysticks I want to use?

Also,  Should I have 4 player buttons and coins? or just wire the 2 I have now to each of the 1+3 & 2+4 coin spots on the IPAC4.
