Monitor help - Wells Gardner 25 inch K7191
« on: March 22, 2009, 07:30:34 pm »
I just got a WG K7191 to upgrade my mame cab from a tv.  I plan on using an ArcadeVGA card from Ultimarc.  The monitor requires a inversion transformer, which I don't have.  From reading the message boards it looks like I just need to wire the power from the power strip to the inversion transformer and then output to the monitor.
1.)  Am I missing anything?
2.)  Where can I buy a inversion transformer that will work?
3.) I don't wanna electrocute myself or burn down my house.  How complicated is this?

Thanks for any help.

Tony

Bob Roberts sells the correct isolation transformer and has a hookup diagram on his site.
