I just purchased a new WG D9500 (19" tri-sync), which I have connected to an AVGA PCI-E card in a new PC. Trouble! When I plug directly into the VGA (D-Sub) port on the chassis, I get NO SIGNAL reported on the monitor (it shows fine on an LCD at 640x480 16bit from the AVGA D-sub). I can see
behind the NO SIGNAL swiggly lines that are clearly the windows desktop or MaLa screen, so part of the signal is making it through.
Perhaps unrelated, but... the OSD controller does not work. Pressing the OSD button (or any other button) will not bring up the OSD on the monitor. It is plugged in snugly on both ends.
There was a post a while back that suggested that using the D-sub on the WG chassis would not work - and that you needed to use the VGA cord provided by WG and connect the various plugs from that cord to the neck board and chassis.
ANY THOUGHTS? I am desperate - family will kill me if I keep this open, non-working hunk of wood and metal (cocktail cabinet) in the family room for much longer

Thank you for any advice!
