i broke my neckboard then got it repaired now when i power it up i get a bright horizontal line any ideas

Deflection circuitry is on the main board and not on the neckboard. Perhaps when the neckboard got damaged it took out something on the main board?

what part on the chassis controls that  you can see the game screen scroll a little bit but the picture wont get full screen
