Mala combining all games in one games list?

Is it possible to have a gamelist with all the games from all the emulators listed in it, instead of  having 20 different lists?

Here is something I recommended awhile ago to put all Sega emulator games into one game list.  I am sure you could expand on it to put all games from all emulators into one list in the same manner:
