Crosshair Visibility select/save *NEW* auto mode

Here is a little WIP based on 129u5.

It adds a Crosshair item to the Video menu that allows you to select the crosshairs you want visible.  And then saves it in the config.

It is happening with all attached files in BYOAC forums... There is something wrong that it is not fixed.


This update will be included in regular MAME?

Well, its a WIP, so hopefully something similar will appear in MAME.  I just thought I would give users something to play with in the meantime.

I have updated the code to have a new auto visibility mode.  The Crosshair menu is now in the main menu.

Note: I have removed the F1 toggle for crosshairs.
