Best way to find the model # on a Wells Gardner monitor
« on: March 04, 2009, 01:52:36 pm »
Hey gang,

I've got a few WG monitors I want to order cap kits for, but there is no obvious notation of the model #, or even serial # (as you can look it up or call them to find out the model). Is there a number on the boards (or elsewhere) that I can look for to help tell me the model?

First look for the model number paper label as shown in this picture. Then look on the main circuit board for a silkscreened "Pxxx" number.

Yeah the paper(s) are long gone, which lead me to have difficulty discerning the model. I'll check for the Pxxx number though.

Thanks!

Always look in the bottom of the game cabinet. Lots of times the model number paper falls to the bottom of the cabinet.
