Fully Taking apart the Madcatz 360 pad?

Hey I've already hacked my pad and wow was it easier to do than I thought, the only problem is I soldered the X button points together but I scraped the stuff off and now it's fine. The wires I used were actually just old wires pulled from a Blitz cabinet so everything was already done for me, no daisy chaining for me! Anyways I'm fitting this into a dual X-arcade and it obviously fits one fine but I want to fit two in there. I know its going to be a tight fit but I think I can do it with some cutbacks.

Maybe I missed a tutorial or something but how do you remove the triggers and the thumbsticks? I've tried everything and just can't seem to get them to come off to make more room. To be more specific, this is a Madcatz/Gamestop controller that has 2008 on the back, though the diagram matched up with 2007 and not 2008? Here are some pictures of my mess at the moment:





Also ya I know I haven't removed the rumble parts yet but I will.

The triggers are held in by about 3 screws, they should start falling off once the screws are out and you pry their casings a little. I work them off around the pots if the pots are staying on. The sticks pop straight up and off with some pressure.

Ok I guess I felt like I was just being too rough on the thumbsticks. The screws on the triggers gave me problems and I was mainly seeing if the part sticking out could come off or if it's an all or one thing.

You can make the triggers come off by themselves with some specific breaking or cutting.  But you should have no problem removing the whole assemblies.
