If you can get your hands on a Cricut machine you can cut vinyl and other materials in any shape you want.    You can purchase software to allow you to cut truetype fonts from your PC and any shape that you can design/copy.  The program that allows you to do this is available at the following link.  I have no affiliation with the company but my wife has 2 different Cricut machines and now they maybe of some use to me.  Note vinyl and chipboard cutting requires a special deep cut blade and holder.
