HI

LAST WEEK I GET MY SECOND CARD OF ARCDE VGA2 PCI EXEPERS AFTER THE OLD ONE HAS SOME PROBLEM .ANY WAY AFTER I NSTALL THE DRIVER THAT CAME WHIT THE CD
I TRY TO INSTALL THE CONTRL PANEL ATI,IN THE END ITS RESTART AND SAY SOME ERROR
I TRY ALLMOST EVERY THING  INCLUDE SPOKE WHIT ANDY. FROM ULTIMARC
MY FINAL GOAL IS TO CONNECT IT TO MY TV IN COMMPMNET  R.G.B   OR SVIDEO
ANY WAY ITS DONT INSTALL THE ATI CATYLST..
ALLSO I TRY TO INSTALL VISTA AND THE DRIVER ITS OK. BUT WHEN I TRY TO recognize MY tv in any format or singal it dont do nothing  PLASE HELP ME

You might mind your letter case. You also might do some searches here. Look in the wiki, above, too.

Why are you using an ArcadeVGA if you are just running an S-video or component connection to a TV?  Any old TV out video card should do.
