I need a custom marquee please!!! new post lost old one?

I need help with a marquee it would say tejano music  black on the out side and blue flames or aztec design  open for ideas a couple people were going to come up with an idea but my post wont come up its wierd.I'll resend the specs. thanks

This one is the one walls83 sent me i used the wrong one....... i think i'll change it........the aztec sun dial really sets it off.
