I think I have beaten this game. He should add something to kill your little people. Played it once, then went to read the instructions. Came up with a game plan, and ended up with this.... I can now play it on full autopilot. I just hit ok, and check back in a few minutes to see my new score.

That's funny - good game.  

IOIOIO :  whoever made it must have done just that because at the end of each level I would start with only 2 or 3 archers.  I ended level 12 with 25 archers, and started 13 with only 1 (d'oh!).  It's a LOT tougher that way.

ANOTHER EDIT:  Well that's hour of my time lost - but I now am now in IIOIOIO's described 'autopilot' mode, after I tried his technique.  very cool game, but the fun factor kind of leaves when you know you won't die.

The only way I found to kill off your guys is if you have too many of them to support with your cash. I think it checks if your RESERVES are greater than your upkeep costs at the end of the round or something, because that happened to me the first time through. I have it running in the background now, and will post when it hits 1,000,000,000 It's only at like 5mil now though, so it will be awhile. I spent some more time converting people, and have ~900 archers... no one even get's to the gate.

I've been playing the old fashioned way =P

I'm on like level 34 with a 500,000 "hp" castle.  I only keep like 25 in each town and just manually use their suicide bombers against themselves (as well as using the convert spell)

So what's the autopilot?  Every level takes like 90% of my men then sends 90% more guys after me.  Gets to be not fun.

The auto pilot is just him loading up with 222 archers...

Are you archers dying AFTER the round? if so then you've over spent... you need to keep enough reserves to keep your units paid.

I sent the guy an email about adding something that will kill off your men if you don't stop them, like hangliding stickmen or somesuch. The game get's VERY easy once the suicide bombers appear. That's when I built up my hoarde of people. Right now, I'm just keeping it in the background at work to see if you can roll the score in a flash game Oh, and every once in a while if I'm on the phone and bored I go on a conversion spree. I have like 1200 archers, which is pointless. The guys don't even get to my wall.

-fun game, you gotta buy a crap load of archerers at the beginning, and remember, DONT spend more money than you have guys, I fortified my walls 10x, and didn't have enough for my guys upkeep, so I lost like 40 people, 30 in my archerey place, 10 in my wizard keep, and like 5 in my fixer dudes.

I took a different approach - I bought like 40 craftsman first before I even purchased the archery range.  It was pretty funny - no matter how many guys they threw against the wall it would rebuild.
