Beatmania + Arcade VGA

I am trying to run the beatmania and gradius 4 games on my cab and am having a fairly major issue.

The original resolution is 488x384, and when I run the game the screen gets messed up, like it is wrapping around the screen (WG D9800 multisync). Does any one know a fix for this? BTW everything else works fine, and I am comparing the picture to my beatmania dedicated cabinet with a med res monitor.
