I  used:

Control Panel = 1/8"
Screen = 1/4"
Marquee = 1/8"

If you can, get some tempered glass for the screen.  I used 1/4" glass.  Lexan is never as clear as glass and is more likely to scratch and discolor over time.  A custom square of tempered glass isn't all that pricey, and I think it's worth it.

For the other thicknesses, I used the same as Ginsu Victim.

I used for the moment 1/8 for the controller. Plexiglass, not Lexan. Very good result.
