Noob ELO touchscreen question

I was able to find a good deal on a used Gvision (Elo) touchscreen.  However, the seller didn't have the little cable that taps the power from the keyboard port and plugs into the serial adapter.

Is there any store out there that sells one?  Or better yet is it easy to be built?
